With less than a week to go before the official opening and start of game play for the African States Tournament, players from all six countries are gearing up to participate in the capital of Namibia, Windhoek.
The AST Preparatory Committee have been tirelessly working to ensure that this tournament could not take place without the assistance of Eros Bowling Club, TransNamib Bowling Club, their presidents and all members. The bowlers taking part have all achieved outstanding results during the past year and the play expected will show the overall development of the sport as well as sportsmanship on and off the greens. Namibia is looking for good bowls in the week of the tournament.
